Section 15(5)(b) in Bihar Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2002

(b)Subject to the provision contained under this Act the provision with regard to bail as provided under Chapter XXXIII of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply except the provision of grant of anticipatory bail as provided under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
