167. Power to make surveys, or contribute towards their cost. - The Board may -
(a)cause a survey of any land [or a civic or diagnostic survey of any area] to be made, whenever they consider that a survey is necessary or expedient for carrying out any of the purposes of this Act, or(b)contribute towards the cost of any such survey made by any other local authority.Power of Entry.
