Section 22 in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
22. Time and date for the counting of votes .-The Returning Officer shall, before fifteen days from the date for closing date of the receipt of ballot papers, fix the date and time at which headquarters of the Institute the counting shall commence and shall give notice of such date and time in writing to all the Members or his agents.
