- Licences for the sale of foreign liquor by any 'club' including a proprietary club the profits of which are divisible among the share holders or members for consumption 'On' the premises shall be granted by the Collector with the previous sanction of the State Government on payment of annual licence fee as may be prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
