1. Stand over to 30 August, 2022. It is not possible for the parties to resolve the disputes, hence the parties are required to be heard.
2. In the meantime, the parties shall make an attempt to resolve the disputes. It is informed by Mr. Purohit that there is status-quo order as passed by this court. The said status-quo order shall continue to operate.
3. It is agreed between the parties that a joint meeting with Mr. Dipan Merchant along with Mr. Purohit and Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel for the parties would be held on 05 August, 2022 at 05.00 p.m. when the representatives of all flat purchasers are permitted to remain present.
