Section 250(2) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(2)In regard to the laying out or making of any such street or streets, the provisions of section 251 shall apply, subject to the conditions that the owner shall remit a sum not exceeding 50 per cent of the estimated cost of layout improvements in the land and that the owner shall also reserve not exceeding 10 per cent of the layout for the common purposes in addition to the area provided for laying out streets. If any owner contravenes any of the conditions specified above, he shall be liable for prosecution.
