(3)The exercise of any power delegated under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the order and also to control and revision by the Government or by such officer as may be empowered by the Government in this behalf or by the Board or such officer as may be empowered by the Board in this behalf as the case may be.
