Section 6(ii) in Manipur University of Culture Act, 2015
(ii)to grant, subject to such conditions as the University may determine, diplomas and certificate to, and confer degrees or other academic distinctions on the basis of examinations, evaluation or any other method of testing on persons, and to withdraw any such diplomas, certificates, degrees or other academic distinctions for good and sufficient cause;
