Section 9(b) in Telangana State District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Rules, 2015
(b)Eighty-five per cent shall be spent in the following manner(i)Not less than 60 Per cent shall be spent on schemes laid for High Priority areas as laid in PMKKKY.(ii)Not more than 40 per cent shall be used in other priority areas as laid in PMKKKY.
