Section 22(2) in The Uttar Pradesh Public Health And Epidemic Diseases Control Act, 2020
(2)Whoever while commiting an act of Violence causes grevious hurt as defined in section 320 of I.P.C. to health care service personnel, officersor employees of district administration, police, persons engaged in cleaning sweeping or sanitizing or any other person empowered under the Act to take measures to prevent the outbreak of the disease or spread thereof, and all such persons engaged in tracing, detection and taking or engaged for treatment or quarantine or otherwise shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months but may extend to seven years and shall also be liable to be punished with fine, which shall not be less than one lakh rupees but which may extend to five lakh rupees.
