(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or Statutes and Regulations made thereunder any student of the College of Agriculture, Raipur, the College of Dairy Technology, Raipur or the College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Anjora who immediately prior to the 20th day of January, 1987 was studying for or was eligible to appear in any examination, as the case may be, in Agriculture and other allied Sciences of the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation therefor, and the University shall provide for such period not exceeding five years and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students in accordance with the course of studies of the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya.
