Section 25(j) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(j)to exercise such other powers of the Cluster University as are not otherwise provided for in this Act, and Statutes and Regulations made thereunder.
