Section 2(xiii) in The Register of Interconnect Agreements (Broadcasting and Cable Services) Regulations, 2004
(xiii)"interconnection agreement" for the purpose of this regulation means agreements on interconnection including standard affiliation agreement/service contract, memorandum of understanding and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions providing, inter alia, also the commercial terms and conditions of business between the parties to the agreement;
