Section 30(4)(a) in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004

(a)The Academic Council may approve such draft and pass the Regulation or may reject it or return it to the Board of Studies for reconsideration either in whole or in part together with any amendment which the Academic Council may suggest.
