Information sought:
The Complainant sought to know the hours between 6.00 am and evening 8.00 pm during which Aniruddh Pratap Singh was on duty for various dates between 05.06.2013 and 27.08.2013.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

Complainant submitted that he has been denied information u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. He wanted the Commission to peruse the relevant information after summoning records.
Decision Commission upon perusal of the contents of the RTI Application and the CPIO reply observes that there is no reason for any interference with the response provided as the information sought, rightly is exempted under Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act based on the statement of the third party.
Commission finds the present Complaint to be devoid of any merit. Accordingly, Complaint is dismissed.
CPIO is directed to provide explanation for non appearance before the Commission within 15 days of receipt of this order.
