Section 8(1) in The Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme
(1)Every application for insurance under this scheme shall be in accordance with the form set out in the First Schedule and shall be made to the Government agent or to such officer of the Government agent as may be authorised by that agent in this behalf.
