78. Compensation by agreement
. - When a Court has assessed the amount of compensation due to a tenant it may, if both the land-holder and the tenant desire that the compensation assessed, instead of being paid wholly in money, shall be made wholly or partly in some other way, proceed to give judgment according to the terms agreed between them.
