Section 15X in The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Amendment) Act, 2002
15X. Presiding Officer, Member and staff of Securities Appellate Tribunals to be public servants.-
The Presiding Officer, Members and other officers and employees of a Securities Appellate Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
