17. Spread-over.
- The spread-over of an employee in a residential hotel, restaurant or eating-house shall not exceed fourteen-hours :Provided that the Government may increase the spread-over period subject to such conditions as it may impose on the days that may be notified under sub-section (3) of Section 14.
