Section 41(5) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969
(5)As soon as may be after the first day of October every year, the revised budget for the year shall be framed and such revised budget shall, so far as may be, be subject to all the provisions of the foregoing sub-sections applicable to a budget.
