Section 27 in The Goa Judicial Service Rules, 2005
27. Repeal and Savings.
(1)On and from the date of commencement of these rules, the Goa Civil Service (Judicial Branch) Rules, 1992 shall stand repealed:Provided that such repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the rules so repealed and anything done or any action taken shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules and shall continue to be in force unless and until specifically invalidated under the present rules.(2)All the rules/regulations/resolutions and practices, so far as they are inconsistent/with these rules stand repealed.
