Section 10 in Rules of the Rural Institute (Birauli) Society

The Director, Rural Institute, Birauli, who shall also be the Secretary of the Society shall be appointed by the Governing Body on recommendation of the Government of Bihar and with the approval of the National Council of Rural Higher Education.
