Section 68(3) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(3)The Registrar shall bring such application before the next meeting of the State Council or the Executive Committee will consider the application and the Chairman may put the question for the view of the State Council or the Executive Committee whether the applicant's name may be removed from the Register.
