Section 115J(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)The Assistant Collector incharge of the sub-division shall exercise superintendence and control over the affairs of the Land Management Committees within his sub-division and make such periodical inspections as may be deemed necessary. The inspections may be made by himself or by the Tahsildar, Naib-Tahsildar, Supervisor Kanungo of his sub-division [* * *].
