(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power such rules may be for all or any of the following matters namely:-(a)manner of appointment, emoluments and other conditions of service of the Directors under Section 12.(b)manner of appointment, emolument and other conditions of service of the Registrar under Section 13; and(c)any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed by rules.
