43. Information relating to financial matters.
- The Authority may by notice in newspapers or in such other manner as in its opinion best calculated, call upon all persons carrying on the business of transmission, distribution or supply, or any class of them, to furnish such information of returns as may be stated therein relating to their financial matters.(2)The form in which the information or returns shall be furnished, the particulars which they shall contain and intervals at which they shall be furnished, shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
