Section 13(1) in The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Compensation, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Development Plan) Rules, 2015
(1)The Collector shall also make Rehabilitation and Resettlement Award for each affected family in accordance with the section 31 of the Act in Form VII and hand over family wise Awards to each affected family.
