- All loans may be raised on the security of-(a)the property now vested, or which may hereafter become vested in the Board, other than any sums set apart by the Board as a sinking fund for the purpose of paying off any loan; and(b)the taxes, tools, dues, rates, rents, ceases, fees and charges leviable under this Act.
