ORAL ORDER
(Pronounced by Hon'ble Ms. Lata Baswaraj Patne, Member(J)) This CP has been filed by the applicant in OA 649/2017 against the respondents alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Tribunal dt. 26.04.2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the CP applicant.
3. On perusal, it is seen that there was no representation for CP applicant on 19.08.2022, 26.08.2022, 13.09.2022, 27.09.2022, 31.10.2022, 14.11.2022, 28.11.2022, 13.12.2022, 20.12.2022, 03.01.2023, 15.02.2023, 13.03.2023, 02.06.2023, 21.06.2023, 21.07.2023, 28.07.2023 and 04.08.2023. Hence, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". It is evident that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the case.
