46. Power of Election Officer to fix dates etc., certain cases.
- Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing Rules, the Government or the Election Authority may, before the filing of nominations in the case of any Water Users' Association, in particular empower the Election Officer to fix dates and period other that those specified or fixed by or under these Rules for all or any of the stages of the election proceedings connected therewith.
