1. When this matter came up before this Court on 1.3.2017, pursuant to a suggestion made by the Court, parties agreed to have an attempt for mediation.

2. It is heartening to note that wisdom has dawned on the parties, thanks to the intervention of Ms. Manjula Gupta, learned Mediator, and they have settled their entire disputes and a Settlement Agreement dated 4.5.2017 has been filed.

3. Therefore, this transfer petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement mentioned above, which shall form part of this order. The parties are directed to comply with the terms of the settlement.
