Section 3(6)(b) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Rules, 1960

(b)without giving in writing at least a week's notice to the Veterinary Officer of the date of slaughter which date must not be beyond twenty days of the date of the receipt of the certificate by the person in whose favour it is granted.
