Section 192(1) in The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1989 (1933 A. D.)
(1)[Any Chief Judicial Magistrate] [Substituted by Act XL of 1966.] may transfer any case, of which he has taken cognizance, for inquiry or trial, to any Magistrate subordinate to him.
