Section 6(3) in The Bihar Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 1995
(3)The resignation referred to in sub-rules (1) and (2) shall take effect from the date of its acceptance or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of receipt of such resignations, whichever is earlier, by the Chairman or the State Government as the case may be.
