                                This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed the
                         following:
                                                             ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the respondent/CBI seeking extension of six months' time to complete the investigation as directed by this Court vide order dated 4/7/2022 in MCRC No.19874/2022, wherein the Court has directed as under:-

".............So, the Superintendent of Police, CBI, Bhopal is directed to further investigate the matter either himself or through another officer on the point whether borrowers are also involved in the conspiracy. If he finds any involvement of the borrowers in the Signature Not Verified Signed by: MANZOOR AHMED Signing time: 7/6/2023 4:55:03 PM 2 crime, take action against them according to law and if he finds any lapse on the part of Investigating Officer, also take action against him and sent the report of the inquiry to the Principal Registrar (J) of High Court for this Court within six months positively from the date of receiving of the copy of this order."

According to the counsel for the applicant/CBI, the investigation regarding the role of borrowers is in progress, and the most of the borrowers are not traceable at their given address, hence considerable time is required for the purpose of taking investigation to a logical end.

Considering the aforesaid, this petition is allowed. Further six months' time is granted to the applicant/CBI to complete the investigation as directed by this Court in MCRC No.19874/2022 vide order dated 4/7/2022.
