FACTS :
Heard today dated 10.05.2013. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by Shri B. Dutta, DGM (CPIO) and Shri V.V. Murari, CGM (AA).
2. The matter, in short, is that the EdCIL had conducted an examination for recruitment of teachers in 2011 on behalf of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan (KVS). The appellant was one of the candidates in the said examination. Vide RTI application dated 09.04.2012, he had soght copies of as many as 28 documents from the CPIO of EdCIL. The CPIO, vide letter dated 08.02.2012, had informed the appellant that all the relevant records had been transferred to KVS.
3. It would, thus, appear that information, if any, is to be supplied by KVS. Hence, notice may be issued to the Joint Commissioner (Adm) (CPIO) of KVS, at 18, Institutional Area, SJS Marg, New Delhi - 110016 for appearing before the Commission on 04.06.2013 at 1215 hrs.
4. Let a copy of the RTI application be enclosed with this notice for ready reference.
