2. This application has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition.
3. The writ petition has been filed for a direction to set aside the Approval Order No.674 dated 15th July, 2022 and subsequent Letter No.129 dated 25th July, 2022 (Annexure-1) issued by the Staff Officer (Mining), Basundhara Area, MCL.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
