70. Power to provide temporary supply of medicine and medical assistance.
- A District Board may [* * *] [The word 'with the approval of the Commissioner' repealed by B. and O. Act 1 of 1923.] provide, or contract with any person to provide a temporary supply of medicine and medical assistance for the poorer inhabitants of the district.
