Section 12(1) in M.P. Document Writers Licensing Rules, 1966
(1)Every document writer shall maintain a register in Form IV and shall enter therein the necessary particulars about every document written by him and shall whenever required by the Licensing Authority or any Inspecting Officer of the Registration Department or the Sub-Registrar, produce the register, and the receipt books.
