Section 108(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)Any person authorized in .this behalf by the Election Commission may for the purpose of Section 105, enter into any premises and inspect such premises and any vehicle, vessel or animal with a view to securing compliance with any order to be made under that section.
