1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of Petition No.918 of 2023 titled "Rahul Jain v. Alpana Jain", pending before the Family Court, Agra, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court, Alwar, Rajasthan.

2. Notwithstanding service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that interests of justice require that the petition should be allowed.

4. Accordingly, Petition No.918 of 2023 titled "Rahul Jain v. Alpana Jain", pending before the Family Court, Agra, Uttar Pradesh is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Alwar, Rajasthan.
