(5)The Seven members mentioned under clause (b) of sub-section (3) shall, in the case of the first Board to be constituted after the commencement of the Act, be nominated by the Government from amongst the practitioners who are eligible to be registered practitioners, and such members shall be deemed to have been duly elected under clause (b) of sub-section (3):Provided that not less than four of such members shall be persons holding a degree, diploma or certificate in Homoeopathic System from such institutions as are referred to in Schedule I.
