Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Arsh Arora, in case FIR No. 345, dated 27.08.2017, registered under Sections 145, 150, 151, 152, 153, 146, 121, 216, 120-B, 121-A IPC, at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 12.04.2019, petitioner has deposited Rs. 1,00,000/- vide receipt dated 09.05.2019.
On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
Disposed of.
