Section 7(ii) in The Revised Orissa Old Age Pension Rules, 1989
(ii)Applications for Old Age Pension in the prescribed forms shall be submitted in triplicate by the eligible persons in the rural areas of the District to the concerned. Block Development Officer and by the eligible persons in the N.A.C./Municipality areas of the District to the concerned Executive Officer of the Municipality/N.A.C.
