Section 20(1) in Tamil Nadu Street Vending and Shops and Establishments Worker's Welfare Scheme, 2010
(1)If a registered manual worker dies naturally, Labour Officer (Social Security Scheme) of the respective district, after due verification, shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) to the nominee of the deceased registered manual worker.
