Section 8(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Tariff Regulations, 2002
(1)If a utility/licensee proposes a tariff reflecting a subsidy to be provided by the State Government pursuant to Section 29 (5) of the Act, the tariff application shall also include a tariff calculated without the subsidy.
