Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities by Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members of Panchayat Union Council) Rules, 1999
(1)After the receipt of the return specified in rule 3, the Commissioner shall, cause it be placed at the meeting of the Panchayat union council and send a copy to the Inspector.
