Section 61 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
61.
(1)The Council may constitute Sub-Committees and may appoint to such Sub-Committees, persons who are not members of the Council to report upon any matters, which it may deem necessary to refer to them.(2)The Members of a Sub-Committee appointed under rule 61(1) shall not be entitled to any fee for attending any meeting of the Sub-Committee. They shall be entitled to travelling expenses only.
