25A. [ Intimation of loan etc. to be given to Tahsildar. [Substituted by notification No. F-5-3-91-XV-1, dated 18-4-91.]
- In addition to complying with the provisions of subsection (I-A) of Section 37, every society when so directed by the Registrar, shall send to the Tahsildar of the tahsil, in which the society is situated, in Form I, a list of its members, past, present or deceased, showing the amount of loan or advances outstanding against them at the close of the preceding cooperative year.]
