Section 8(1) in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2005
(1)The Chancellor may cause an inspection to be made by such person, as he may direct, of the University, its buildings, laboratories, and equipments and of any institution maintained by the University, and may cause an inquiry to be made in respect of any matter connected with the administration and the finances of the University.
